What Is White Poison ?

Most people put poisons into their body every day and don't realize it.  They consume foods that are toxic and which cause poor health, but have no idea how much damage they are doing.  "FIVE WHITE POISON" exists in our diet foods that should be called “poison”, because they have little nutritional value and can be harmful to our health.

1.-REFINED TABLE SALT

Typical salt is "chemically cleaned". This is another deadly substance.  When you consume processed table salt, you do a lot of harm to your body.  Over time, you increase your blood pressure and cause a hardening of the arteries.

You'll find refined salt in most of the foods you eat as part of a western diet. And most of the common salts have toxic chemicals that pollute your body. But what your body needs are salts that have not been processed with chemicals, such as unrefined sea salt or naturally harvested Himalayan salt, which contain many trace minerals needed for optimal health.  You would do yourself a favor if you switch to real salt and avoid foods containing refined salt.

2. – REFINED SUGAR

Refined sugar has no proteins, vitamins, minerals has no enzymes, no micro elements, has no fiber, no fat and not of no benefit in human food.

It‘s not good because it does not provide any nutrients, provides energy, but nothing more. This is made ​​up of glucose and fructose. The problem is the way in which consume, because the fruits and vegetables themselves as sugars. Refined sugars are the cause of obesity, nutritional imbalance, cavities, and more.

3.-WHITE FLOUR

White flour is made from whole grains that have been processed. This process renders the grain devoid of most of its nutrients.  To further add insult to injury, chlorine is used as an industry standard chemical agent to bleach the flour, which gives it a longer shelf life and removes the odor.  This is the same chemical in the bleach you use to remove stains from your laundry.

What you end up with is a food that is full of empty calories.  And you'll find white flour in breads, dumplings, pastas, and all sort of baked goods.  This is another food to avoid, if you care about your health.  Replace it with wheat flour, which has not been bleached.

4.-REFINED RICE

White rice causes sudden increases in glucose levels blood, which is a risk for diabetes. Although rice has been consumed for centuries in many countries, it was only in the 20th century that became refined and consumed as white rice.

To produce white rice grain undergoes a refining process which removes a outer layer and germ. And basically what remains is the endosperm, which consists mainly of starch.

From the point of view of public health, should be recommended replacing refined grains as white rice by whole grains, including brown rice to facilitate the prevention of type 2 diabetes.

5.- MILK

The health effects of milk may depend on the breed of cow it came from.

Currently, A2 milk is being marketed as a healthier choice than regular milk.

It is claimed to have several health benefits, and to be easier to digest for people who are lactose intolerant.

What Do A1 and A2 Mean?

Casein is the largest group of proteins in milk, making up about 80% of the total protien content.

There are several types of casein in milk, and beta-casein is the second most common. Beta-casein exists in at least 13 different forms (1).

The two most common forms of beta-casein are:

    • A1 beta-casein: Milk from breeds of cows that originated in northern Europe is generally high in A1 beta-casein. A1 milk comes from breeds like the Holstein, Friesian, Ayrshire and British Shorthorn.

 

  • A2 beta-casein: Milk that is high in A2 beta-casein is mainly found in breeds that originated in the Channel Islands and Southern France. This includes Indian cow breeds like the Gir, Ongole

Some studies indicate that A1 beta-casein may be harmful, and that A2 beta-casein is a safer choice.
